Tuition & Fees

The tuition Schedule for New West Seminary for the '08-'09 academic year is:

Application Fee: $50

Enrollment Fee (one time only): $100

Each Credit Unit: $200.00

Graduation Fee: $150

Yearly Fall Retreat: Approximately $200 in addition to tuition.

The Seminary may assess fees for late registration, late payment, transcript copies, class materials, special events, retreats, and field supervision. Supervision fee for completion of competencies or special projects is $200 per project per term. Students are expected to acquire books and other study tools required for program completion at their own expense. Students are expected to maintain an on-going relationship with a Spiritual Director or approved Spiritual Mentor at their own expense.

Tuition Payment
At the time of registration for each term, 50% of tuition must be paid. Full tuition is due by the beginning of the second weekend intensive of each term.
Tuition must be paid in full before credit is granted for course work. Unpaid tuition will not be carried over from term to term.
Students with an unpaid balance will not be able to register for the next term.

Tuition Refunds
Should a student withdraw before the beginning of the second weekend intensive, 50% of tuition is refundable. No refund is available after the second weekend intensive has begun nor for a single-session class. Any refund will be calculated from the date the appropriate form is filed with the Registrar.

Financial Assistance
The Seminary does not currently have financial assistance available for students.
